We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to fill the role of Housekeeper/Warehouse Manager. This position requires a proactive, detail-oriented person to maintain cleanliness and organizations in homes, warehouse facilities, trucks, and RVs. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creating a welcoming and decorative environment, strong organizational skills, and the physical ability to assist in packing, loading, and unloading inventory. A valid driver's license is essential for operating company vehicles.
Requirements
Proven experience in housekeeping, warehousing, or a similar role involving cleaning and organization.
Strong attention to detail and ability to create organized and inviting spaces.
Basic understanding of inventory management and recordkeeping.
Physical stamina for loading/unloading tasks and cleaning duties.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
Previous experience in interior decoration or staging.
Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and management.
Familiarity with basic warehouse operations and safety protocols.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning & Organization:
Clean and maintain houses, warehouses, trucks, and RVs to ensure spotless and welcoming environment.
Regularly perform RV cleanouts to keep interiors fresh and ready for use.
Organize spaces within the warehouse and work areas to maximize efficiency and accessibility.
Inventory Management:
Sort and categorize inventory items and tools in an organized, logical manner.
Conduct regular inventory counts, re-inventory, and update records to ensure accurate tracking of stock levels.
Maintain and organize tools and equipment, ensuring they are stored properly and are easily accessible.
Vehicle & Warehouse Operations:
Pack and load/unload trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring proper placement and securement of items.
Support warehouse operations, including offloading and onloading of goods, tools, and materials as needed.
Regularly inspect vehicles, reporting any maintenance needs and ensuring they are kept clean and organized.
Decorative Skills:
Use creativity to add decorative touches that gives a "honey" feel to spaces within the warehouse, houses and RV interiors.
